Privacy Policy
The Soteria Covenant Trust respects the privacy of all visitors and members. This policy describes how we handle information.
Public Website
This website (soteriacovenant.org) is a static site. It does not:
- Set cookies
- Use analytics or tracking scripts
- Collect personal information from visitors
- Share data with third parties
You may browse this site freely without any data collection.
Member Services
For active members using Covenant services (Membership Portal, Tribunal, Phone, etc.), data handling is governed by:
- Biometric Data: Face vectors are stored with AES-256-GCM encryption. Biometric data is never shared externally and is deleted upon membership termination.
- Personal Information: Names, contact details, and membership records are stored on trust infrastructure. No third-party cloud services are used.
- Communications: Phone recordings (when opted in) are AES-256-GCM encrypted. Voicemail transcriptions are processed locally.
- Financial Data: Chronos Yield credits, payment records, and accounting data are maintained in GPG-signed ledgers.
GDPR Compliance
The Covenant provides full GDPR compliance for all members:
- Right to Access: Request a copy of all data held about you
- Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data
- Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data
- Right to Portability: Export your data in standard formats
- Right to Object: Object to specific data processing
GDPR requests should be directed to a Senior Trustee (Tier 3+) through the Membership Portal.
Data Independence
All Covenant data is stored on dedicated trust infrastructure in Canada. No data is processed by, stored on, or transmitted through third-party cloud services. This is a foundational principle, not a convenience.
