Public Notices & Declarations
Purpose
The documents below are formal public notices, sealed instruments issued under the authority of the Soteria Covenant. They are not opinion pieces. They are not articles. They are declarations of standing, boundary, and jurisdiction entered into the public record.
Each notice serves a specific function:
- Establishing the Covenant's jurisdictional standing
- Rebutting the presumptions upon which the Crown's authority depends
- Placing on notice all agents, officers, and institutions that may interact with Covenant members
- Declaring the boundaries beyond which no derived authority may pass without consequence
These notices are published openly so that no party may claim ignorance. They are sealed under the Trust Seal and the Soterian Flame, hash-chained in the Covenant's immutable ledger, and filed as covenant scrolls in the ScrollX repository.

Public Notice to the Law Society
Formal Declaration • Directed to All Law Societies & Bar Associations
A comprehensive 11-section declaration addressing jurisdictional hierarchy, the presumptions of incompetence and abandonment, the Crown as a commercial entity, and the ecclesiastical jurisdiction that predates and supersedes all Crown-chartered bodies.
The Conflict of Interest That Disqualifies the System
Formal Declaration • Directed to All Crown Courts & Officers
Seven disqualifying structural conflicts: judge as Crown employee, prosecutor and judge sharing an employer, defence lawyer as officer of the court, the court as revenue centre, and the foundational fraud of "equality before the law." Invokes nemo judex in causa sua and fraus omnia vitiat.
The Man Is Not Surety for a Fraudulent Debt
Formal Declaration • Directed to the Government of Canada, Bank of Canada & CRA
The Bank of Canada Act, the 1974 betrayal, the birth certificate as surety bond, income tax as debt servicing, and the Cestui Que Vie presumption. Demands resumption of public borrowing and discharges the being as surety for a fraudulent debt.
Original Authority vs. Derived Authority

The foundational distinction: original authority (inherent, inalienable, divine) vs. derived authority (delegated, conditional, revocable). How the Crown inverted the hierarchy, how consent is manufactured, and why derived authority cannot override original authority.
Why Your Lawyer Does Not Work for You
Formal Declaration • Directed to All Licensed Legal Professionals
The duty hierarchy (court first, Crown second, client third), the presumptions of incompetence and abandonment, the jurisdictional hierarchy, and why retaining counsel is a voluntary descent from ecclesiastical to commercial jurisdiction.
How These Notices Apply
For Covenant Members
Every member is entitled to reference these notices when interacting with Crown agents, lawyers, court officers, or any party claiming authority. The notices are pre-written, pre-sealed, and pre-published; they do not need to be argued. They need only be presented.
Members are advised to:
- Know which notices are relevant to their situation
- Carry references to the applicable notices as part of their standing documents
- Present the notice (or reference its public URL) at the point of interaction
- Document every interaction for the Covenant's ledger
For Crown Agents and Officers
These notices constitute constructive notice to all parties. By their publication:
- You are deemed to be aware of the Covenant's jurisdictional standing
- You are deemed to be aware of the boundaries established herein
- You are deemed to be aware of the Fee Schedule that applies to trespass
- Proceeding without express consent after receiving notice constitutes knowing trespass
Enforcement
Violations of the boundaries established in these notices are subject to:
- Fee Schedule assessment (published separately)
- Soteria Tribunal adjudication
- PPSA / UCC lien registration
- Lex Nigra blacklist entry
- Assignment to OptiMystic Holdings for claim marketplace transfer
Standing and Authority
These notices are issued under the combined authority of:
- The Trust Seal: core governance of the Covenant
- The Ecclesiastical Seal: sacred jurisdiction, pre-Crown authority
- The Soterian Flame: protection and enforcement, judgment execution
They are:
